1. Exam Booking Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted to Gen Infiniti Academy no later than 7 working days in advance. You will be charged the full exam fee of $214 ($200 + GST) if your cancellation is made after the deadline. This is due to the costs incurred in processing the withdrawal and refund requests from candidates. Candidates who wish to cancel their booking may write in to connect@geninfinitiacademy.com to submit your cancellation applications.   

2. Requirements for Exam Taking

Each participant undergoing the CITREP+ subsidy must meet the following requirements before taking the exam:

- at least 75% attendance, or 9 out of 11 classes

- submission of the full course fee

Gen Infiniti Academy reserves the right to cancel your exam booking if you have yet to meet these requirements.  

3. Medical Leave

Students who are granted medical leave must submit the medical certificate to Gen Infiniti Academy.

All medical certificates must be submitted not later than 7 working days after the medical leave to Gen Infiniti Academy. If students submit the medical certificate after the deadline, they will be given zero marks for any exams that they were absent from.

Note: The Academy only recognizes medical certificates issued in Singapore by Medical Practitioners registered with the Singapore Medical Council or Dental Officers registered with the Singapore Dental Council.

4. Compassionate Leave

Compassionate leave will be granted in the event of the demise of an immediate family member (defined as parents, siblings and grandparents). You can write in to connect@geninfinitiacademy.com to submit your cancellation applications.
