REFUND POLICY

Policy Statement

  1. This policy formalises a system for handling refunds of students. 

  2. The deposit of SGD 107 for all courses is non-refundable upon payment except in the event that Gen Infiniti Academy Pte. Ltd. cancels the course. In the event that a participant is unable to commit to the schedule, Gen Infiniti Academy Pte. Ltd. will allow the participant to reschedule their classes to another intake.

  3. Full payment is required before the course commences. All participants, especially those applying for IMDA CITREP+ course fee support, are required to submit the full course fee before they start the course.

  4. Should the participant wish to withdraw from their applied course for any reason, Gen Infiniti Academy Pte. Ltd. shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the participant's written notice of withdrawal and management's approval, in any event no more than 30 calendar days after receiving such notice, refund to the participant the following sums (less any applicable administrative charges paid/payable).
